I have done business at this store for at least the last two years. Both the manager Ms. Pamela and assistant manager Ms. Beatriz have always been both courteous and helpful with my transactions.

I truly enjoy the customer service I get when I visit this location. I get it customer traffic can be tough & busy but maintaining your composure says a lot about you. Pacheco is one of two extremely friendly team members there. Upselling different promotions is smart! But to be able to deliver the promotion without it sounding like its rehearsed is amazing! The second one is gentleman with shoulder length wavy hair & wears glasses. I spoke with the store manager to share my appreciation but I forgot to mention the young man (can't remember his name, my apologies). In all the staff is good but today Pacheco really went out of her way & I truly appreciate that. Keep it up!!!

the slowest service in all of El Paso, i feel like I'm at the DMV. it doesn't matter if you are buying or selling there is no sense of urgency in the slightest, there will be a 40 min wait per person in the store with only four people in it. they are extremely slow and will go off and talk to each other while working on your purchase. 1/10 slowest service, the least charismatic service I've ever seen. asked about an item to purchase it, asked if it had a chord with it she turned around said no without even looking until I pointed it out sitting right next to where she picked it up. that attitude seems to be the trend here

This pawn shop offers very low. They said they would only offer 25% of sold used prices. Most pawn shops offer 50-65%. So if an item sells for $100 all day long they will only give you $25. Id be fine with 50% and taking loss, but this is gouging.

I was just inside the store looking to purchase a lawnmower and blower. I stood in the store for 10-15 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence. There were two employees who were working with other customers and I understand they were busy. However the employee behind the counter stocking tools just popped her gum and never asked if I needed help or even acknowledged I was there.

Poor customer service only had 2 people working, there was about 8 people in line , had to leave after 30 minutes in line management did not once tell there customers will be right with you , they need to take classes from Benny's Pawn Shop , and management needs to lead by example, been a customers there for years , only if I can give them a negative ? they don't even deserve a one star ...I will highly recommended Benny's Pawn Shop...

Probably the worst pawn shop in El Paso . The management is terrible at pawn brokerage! Never a courtesy call or even a accurate Receipt, always check your documents from them .
