I walked in today and this lady named Valeria. Was very rude it seemed like she didn’t want to help me. It seemed like i was bothering her. I left the store and went to another pawn store.
Wish i could give zero stars. 😒 👎

The customer service at this store is amazing, all the employees are so friendly and welcoming. They always go out of their way to help you get the best deal and make you feel appreciated. I always go this store even though it’s not that close to my home. 😊😊

First time going to a pawn shop and I had an amazing experience thanks to Alma, the assistant manager. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. You can really tell she cares about the customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, she made everything smooth and stress free. If you stop by, ask for Almaraz. She’s the reason I’ll be coming back. Highly recommend!

Store was very dirty unorganized the ladies behind the desk did not want to corroborate with me I just trying to pawn something they're not allow me to cuz it was a last minute they were trying to get home on a Friday night instead of trying to get money for the company very inconsiderate very unreliable and rude very very rude the manager of the store was very rude to me and I have a broken arm and she was just not trying to help me when I needed to pawn my TV and some tools and no help at all no help at all just because they want to go home and probably get drunk on a Friday night instead of getting money for the company as they should be wanting to do

They are very despotic, but the saleswoman Ivone, who sold me a compressor in a section, did not explain the contract and only told me that I had 3 months to pick it up and after a month I lost it since I had to pay an amount every month and she did not pay me. He said it and I went to take it out and he told me he lost it and here he says. Well, if she says how bad it is that I don't know English and I didn't know how to read and she didn't tell me, and the manager with glasses is just as despotic and rude, they don't lose, they don't care, the customers are pure fuckers and they should go and fuck at all costs. his reputed mother

If you take in your cellular phone ensure the workers don't forget to wrap up your charger and electric cord (USB thingy) with your mobile phone. Otherwise when you come back all you will get is your phone. Then hopefully, after you ask, they will rummage thru their box-under-the-front-counter and find an adequate replacement. Do not,, based on my personal experience,, take and leave the phone's box. They throw away your box and cannibalize, gut the innards.. so,, your original charger goes bye bye along with the manuals etc... If you don't ask, they don't care. The same as above (SAA) applies when you take your laptop/notebook in to pawn. If you take it in a bag, sometimes your nice leather case gets "thrown away." So, if you take in your ? to pawn, ensure the clerk seran-wraps your power supply and the accessories to your laptop. Otherwise, the SAA will be encountered. You will be out your computer bag. The front door has a Google sticker that states, "Rate us." Well, here it is baby.
