I went to the Cielo Vista location before opening time ( 10:00am ) on 2/09/24 to buy a pair of women's air Jordan as special gift for my daughter. There was a young female attendant before I got there , I was sitting in front of the store waiting for 10 am , she opened the gate 5 minutes before 10 and completely ignored my good morning greeting got out and closed the gate . She came back 3 minutes later and ignored me again opened and close the gate , after her 2 more employees came in opened and closed the gate and did the same , ignoring me completely and it was past after 10:05 am already. Finally a couple minutes they opened the gate , and the guy asked me if I need any help , once again not even greeting me at all . I asked for the shoes i wanted to buy and he directed me to the register podium were the other 2 employees were just talking to each other , didn't care that I was standing waiting for them to charge and get out of there . Few second's FINALLY the same attendant that opened and closed the gate ignoring me earlier just gave me a look and asked me what do I wanted ...Just a Yes ?? ( kind of what do you want??) I told her that I was waiting for my shoes to arrive to the counter.Finaly shoes were dropped and she scanned them and gave my total, not even a thank you or any minimum customer service at all . I will never go back . Really upsetting visit.

Horrible!!! I ordered shoes (tennis) for Christmas gift over a month ago and received the wrong order (Nike slides! ?) When I called the customer service rep I spoke to failed to tell me that they will not ship my order until they receive the shoes they mistakenly sent. We are a few days away from Christmas and they can’t ship me my correct order!

Customer service from the manager and the manager only! Made me wait in line while he finished talking to someone who was already paying with another cashier. Then finally decided to help me. He got annoyed that I did not want the shoe cleaner and more annoyed when I answered no one the keypad for a question he asked. He got even more annoyed when he asked where we got my sons shoes.I’m ok with waiting, I’m a patient person but his attitude made it worse. I was extremely disappointed in this experience and will remain a footlocker customer from now on. I feel really bad for the employees that actually were respectful that day.
