I was in El Paso for work and needed to print a few posters, I drove to 3 different FedEx stores and nobody could help me, I went to this place and when I got there I got greeted by Mr. Ricardo and as someone that has been working in customer service I can I say I’ve never experienced a greatest services than Ricardo Ortega , even tho I had one million questions he answered every single one of my questions always with a small in his face and eager to help and to hear me out. Amazing service, 5 stars for sure, keep the good work Ricardo.

Tiny Kinkos, I actually got lost at first because I didn't realize this was inside Wal-Mart. Went here twice, first time an older gentleman was behind the counter and he greeted me and asked me if I needed any help, but I didn't because I just needed to use the computer to print.Second time, a guy named Joey helped me figure out how to print something a bit enlarged. We didn't figure it out, but I appreciate how he went out of his way to spend 30 minutes trying to figure it out, and apologized and genuinely looked sad that we couldn't make it happen. Even though I had made a few test prints, he decided not to charge me because I couldn't get it the size I wanted.

Wow! What great service! Ricardo called us because our print looked strange and he wanted to make sure we knew what we were getting. When we showed up, he gave us options that saved us so much time on a major project! Thank you, Ricardo and Frankee!

I ordered some speakers and fed ex just left my package on the front door , so they say. I never received my package. I've been ordering for a while now and I haven't had any problems with any other orders delivered by usps or dhl. Fed ex has no pics or anything showing that they delivered it and now I'm s*** out of luck! DO NOT GO WITH FED EX THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

I always receive the best customer service when I visit this FedEx Shipping Center. The staff is always very friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable. I order prints online and they always have them ready hours before the pickup time.
