It would be nice if the automated system would let you speak to a live agent with out going through so many hoops. FedEx and UPS have become very irresponsible and careless with packages.

Over the past month I have ordered several large items that FedEx ground has delivered. Each of them the driver piles the boxes in my door way rings the doorbell and runs off. This is not customer service. I get lots of packages and when it’s UPS or other independent carrier they ring the doorbell and are there when you get there with the large and multipackages. FedEx has a major customer service problem.

Got email merchandise was left at my door. When out and nothing was there.Went to FedEx and was told the shipper had taken it back. No other explanation.

I gave it a one star just because we can't give it a -1million thumbs down. Fed Ex has repeatedly failed to deliver our packages. They either miss deliver or steals our packages either one because it never gets dropped to our mailbox or even walk to our door. Our landlord has shown us the surveillance cameras and on the day the site says delivered, happens that no fed ex delivery man is ever shown on the cameras walking to our door the entire day. I also use to work for this lame company as well in customer service and we'd get about 95 percent of customers mad and complaining that they never get their packages or broken. When we order we always suggests the companies to not use fed ex for how bad they are. Someone needs to fix this issue with the Fed Ex workers cz it is very very bad.
