This location is very well run and organized. Thank you very much for helping me ship items for my move. If you are relocating and have a small move, I would recommend this location to help ship your items. Diego was very kind and patient while we worked out the best way to ship my items.

The dude that helped me here was so helpful!
I was doing a title transfer and registration and the ladies of the local government offices that over see that were not helpful to the point they would nt get me a copy of something had to leave go to get a couple of copies made at the fed ex print and then go back and sit in line again. I wish our government ran as good as and was as friendly as the dude at the FDX print shop ! Thank you for reinstalling my faith in humanity and civil society. Shame for local government!!!

These people stole my package ? and gave me an invalid tracking number, I can’t believe I’m not getting my stuff or my money back due to their lack of professionalism I’m a single mom trying to invest into my business and they just take the money and hard work I invested, I just can’t believe this… I’m super sad I lost that money

Whoever delivered my box from Chewy hardly got next to my apartment. I left the gate open but the package didn't even make it to my gate. Most drivers are much more courteous.

First time I walked into this location there were two employees just standing around in the back. The lady who helped me was extremely rude and after waiting a while to get assistance she turned me away or told me to buy another box because she believed my box wasn’t going to hold up. I went to another location and it was completely fine. Second time I came to this location I was next in line and the manager and about 5 employees were at a computer one girl walked to a computer and said they would be with me shortly (seemed like she didn’t want to help me or work. Basically had a resting face of annoyance) A girl named Alejandra walked up to another computer and assisted me. Out of everyone she was the only nice one that looked like she wasn’t having a bad day. This location is horrible. I’ve worked management for many years if my employees had attitudes and the willingness to not work I’d be ashamed. I hate that this is one of the few locations here in El Paso because it’s like I’m forced to go here but if I didn’t have to I would never return.

Passport services are a joke. They told us we could do everything there to get our passports. Not true. Had to pay the fee there and at post office too. Don't fall for it. Just go to post office and pay one fee. Very misleading
