Even if you pay extra for over night shipping they choose to delay your package for a few weeks without any for of reimbursement, n they always do that for check deliveries smh. Worse package company

I work from home and driver LIED and never came to deliver. There is no exception note and my package didn’t need a signature to be able to drop off. This is the 2nd time FedEx does this. Horrible service and very unprofessional.

I was upset that the bed took 3 days from the tracking original notification to arrive BUT Luis was so kind he brought the box into the house. Since my husband and I both have back problems this was especially considerate.
