I was here earlier this week after my dog got out and got ran over. I made flyers to print and pass out around my neighborhood. I only had $10 to print and the guy behind the counter helped me print more without knowing I didn’t have enough to buy more. I just want to thank him bc my dog came back and he gave me faith that there’s still good people out in the world. Thanks AB, you’re the man! -AB

I came in almost closing time, young lady by the name of Kim went out of her way to help me out. I was struggling downloading files and Kim helped me print them out. Very helpful, my utmost respect for them. This place is awesome, great customer service. Thank you!

I received nothing short of the utmost in quality Customer Service from the young gentleman and female worker at Fedex this morning (Mon.10/9/23 0900hrs.@ 6600 Montana Ave. El Paso TX 79925), whom did not hesitate to assist me with phenomenal ADA/overall treatment (ie. Opened the front door as I rode into Fedex with my electric wheelchair,offered to pickup docs that I accidently dropped on the floor,etc...) especially knowing how difficult it was for me to handle . The aforementioned Fedex Employees are, by far, the most EXCEPTIONAL Fedex Employees that I have ever been so honored and blessed to have encountered. Hence, this constitutes as my "Official" Commendation for both Employees, as well. I will definitely be returning to this Fedex for all of my printing needs!THANK YOU SO MUCH!?>><<

At this location I asked for general assistance. Not specific to one agent..so but the girl that answered me was super very inpatient,, and she got near me and she had very bad odor. On top of not being very helpful,,she's new never seen her before..shes not a people person :/

Jay is who you want at the front desk. Walked in, was immediately greeted and assisted. I even brought my own tape to seal my package and before I could even get it going, Jay had the package and took care of it before I even realized it. Highly recommended!

Was there to drop off a box odd shaped but as per Michelle they don't take odd size boxes it has to be rectangle box. This is one of their big accounts and they wouldn't take their freight, poor customer service. Came to the main hub over on Boeing and asked them if they were able to take these type of boxes, "they said they should have taken it", but I guess those guys on Montana are just there for making money. This was a return to the seller with their very own return label same box it came in and they still wouldn't take it. They would have to rebox the box into a different box. Very dissatisfied with the service there on Montana.

Jay was very attentive. He helped me get my poster printed when another company did not. He helped make the picture look amazing. Very happy with my visit and I will be printing more posters here soon.

The whole staff here is amazing & sweet! Jay & Marisa are awesome ? they’re both patient and very accommodating. They exceeded my expectations from FedEx after going to my usual FedEx (Lee Trevino location). This is the only FedEx I’ll go to now!

I live in LA but bought a 65" tv from El Paso on Craigslist. These guys were MORE than helpful. They were informative, professional, and downright a pleasure to work with. Craig helped facilitate the packing and shipping and this made my life so much easier.Hats off to the rockstars of FedEx on Monatana Ave!
