Horrible. I took an item in to have them package it. Only to have my item arrived broken into multiple pieces. Absolutely horrible. What's the point of paying someone to pack your box if they destroy the contents?

I live in LA but bought a 65" tv from El Paso on Craigslist. These guys were MORE than helpful. They were informative, professional, and downright a pleasure to work with. Craig helped facilitate the packing and shipping and this made my life so much easier.Hats off to the rockstars of FedEx on Monatana Ave!
