Amazing!! They are wonderful at this location! They helped me so much. Would definitely recommend coming to this location! I accidentally made a mistake on the return label and they helped me fix it. They went out of their way to fix my problem.

As you can see FedEx on site it really is on site they deliver your favorite items on your house in this particular occasion they were extremely on time accurate you can track your packages and FedEx website they're very accurate you can see if they're in which Warehouse if they have arrived to El Paso Texas if they're on Route delivering it's very convenient for the people that need this type of convenience I will recommend FedEx on site because it works

This is the worst FedEx shipping center. Incompetent customer service. Always trying to sell unnecessary items. Poor management. The entire store needs to be retrained on customer service! Will never return!

Horrible customer service would be an understatement. The service staff at the counter looks completely unwilling to do their work and absolutely unwilling to help clients find a solution. I normally don't go to this location and after today's experience I'm reminded of why.

Lady was upset when I asked for help. Acted like they aren't there to help customers. I needed to print a front and back copy and still didn't get what I needed.

The exceptional team and customer service that has been provided to us for numerous printing projects is greatly appreciated. FedEx Lee Trevino is always a great support and deliver a quality product every time. They help us "tell our story" in a professional and effective way. This location has good personal who are willing to help with any copiers or fax machines issues. Generally speaking the staff is friendly although at times they do appear to understaffed, especially within the evening hours. Prices for black and white copies are reasonable at .13 per sheet but their color copy price's are high as well as their fax prices which are very high at 1.98 a sheet. If you have to ship an item they are helpful but here again they are high.
