Not fast at all. I went for an inspection and waited more than 25 min. No on there to communicate with for updates on what's happening. The place is so unorganized right now due to remodeling. I went down the street to master lube and was done in 10 min. I have always used Fast Lune in the past but now I'll just go down the street to Master Lube, a place with fast and friendly service.

I took the car in for an oil change and the technician put too much force when tightening the oil pan causing it to puncture since newer vehicles have aluminum oil pans. So I had to pay to have it replaced. I called the shop and asked to speak to the manager and he refused to acknowledge what they did wrong. They claim that it may have been damaged by a rock or something after my mechanic said nothing else was dinged or even scratched and the rupture was by the bolt. He kept saying they use special equipment that tells them how much pressure to use. Very upsetting and disappointing with this place not wanting to help me out. Rating a big fat "0"

Quick and fast service! We waited to get our cars inspection and they did a quick job. There's a nice waiting area and they normally have water in a fridge for guests.

Quick and easy but thorough oil changes. The staff oiled the joints and cleaned the battery as well. I've come here for a few years and dont need to go anywhere else
