I have not been able to get my things out. It's been three days since I spoke to manager. had to miss work and my sons, rented a U-Haul all time and money wasted. No one answers code states see manager. They don't answer by email or phone number.

I rented here for a year and a half. No contract, no admin fee. 24 hour gate, lots of lights and i saw many cameras. My price went up slightly a few months in, but it was still WAY less then most of the chain storage places. There is a 24 hour kiosk which you can make a payment with, which is very helpful, since i normally would come when the office is closed. English/spanish bilingual and fluant. She was always polite and helpful when i went in. The ONLY con i had here, was the single on-site manager was EXTREMELY busy the first few days of the month, and it was hard to get a hold of them. There were a few times where I had to make a payment by card on the phone because i was out of town long term. Their payment website stopped working the last few months i was there. However, if i called before the 1st, she always answered and took my payment over the phone no problem. I think the biggest reason she was so busy was because of the people who insisted on paying at the last minute, OR missed a payment and wanted to complain about being locked out. I never saw the manager doing the lockouts, i think a second employee came in to handle them, but the phone would ring non-stop the first few days.

Good storage place. They helped me a lot when I was too weak to open the door because of back surgery. It’s clean, safe and well-laid out. Nice people!

Friendly staff, 24 hour access, great prices... what more would you want! They have outlets in the units for charging your phone or playing music and also have lighting inside! Very happy with this place.

Beware of this place! It looks nice but their custimer service is terrible. Do not wxpect any assistance nor for them to answer the phone. Oh but the first of the month at minute one you will be locked out no exeptions ... yeah ecen when they were not available if u need to switch units, or make any arrangements.
