I had the worst experience in that store I just moved in close to this store AND it was my second time going there....the cashier was ringing up my stuff and the price was wrong on am item which had a price TAG on there AND cashier called manager he became very upset AND started to ring up my items but checking the price AND saying it to me like sarcástic.....he Made me feel very bad when i asked him why he was treating me like that he just kept going...i asked to speak to the manager AND he said it's me...nada customer service...

This was the cleanest most organized store I've ever been in. I even expressed this to the cashier before checking out. I asked her if they used rulers to line the items up on the shelves? Lol She laughed and said the manager wanted their store to be the cleanest and most organized Family Dollar which their doing a phenomenal job. If you dont believe me go and see for yourself.

I just left this establishment, I went into this store to purchase a couple cans of dog food. The cans were marked $.80 in the isle, but rang up at the register for $.85. I began to inform the cashier that the price is wrong, but she continued to reply with No habla engles. I know that you know the language because how the hell are you working here and you don't speak English. I bet if your paycheck comes up short you will be able to recite the eniter english dictionary. The fact that an employee can look at a customer and say that they do not speak the language is wrong in itself. I will be sending an email to the next highest level to voice my frustration with this store.
