Checked on website and the store hours said they open at 8 am. No One was there or answering the phone. Called for 17 minutes straight and still the same. Whoever is scheduled to open on regular days is never on time! This is not good for business or store reputation.

This family dollar is ALWAYS taking cash only . . .its such an inconvenience . . its the one by my house and nowadays no one carries cash . .never coming back . . they always have issues going on.👎

The worse customer service, literally 4 ppl working and no one at the register.. and even when they see you at the register they ignore you, yes they have a bell to ring , last time I did and was given an attitude for it . If yall don't like your job don't take it out on customers.
