Customer service was awful, there was a cashier sitting up front and didnt acknowledge us when we approached, when we said excuse me to get her attention she got up rang the service bell and sat back down. Another cashier/worker approached from the back of the store and checked us out. How is one person stocking and checking out when she is clearly able to help us but refused. It was rude and lazy. Do better.

Great store to shop in for basic needs when you're headed home after a hard days work. They always have what I need and the people are nice.

I won't even rate my visit cause it was unprofessional and manager or clerk whoever she was didn't want to listen and threatened to call the police

Shopped there twice in 10 days. Both times the price at the register was different than the shelf price. The employees could care less and did not even want to walk to the shelf with me. Finally they agreed and reluctantly agreed to change ( correct ) the pricing . I assume that they never change the computer so buyer beware. A simple apology or thank you would be nice. I understand computer errors and employee shortages, but courtesy is free and accessible.

I was gonna buy three floor cleaners that were 3 for 550 as advertised on the shelf I get to the register and the manager told me that that price was not the right price that customers kept taking the original price off , bs , you mean to tell me no one can take off a sticker of an old price and put a new one , the manager was real rude , bitch I don't give a flying fuck how hard you click your little nails on the computer screen trying to erase and get the items I don't want off your system, it's your job , and your a manager, i guess anyone can be a manager here, will not come back to this location again .

I've been going to this Family Dollar since it's open many years ago most recently the manager is very clean the store is always stocked everything is nice and neat very impressed!

This place is the most unprofessional place I have been since I arrive to El Paso. The manager is really rude I asked her for help to find an electrical cored and she just pointed to the back and kept laughing and talking on the phone. The store is dirty and disorganized I would never go back.

Super quick and convenient. 99.9% of the time there is never a line, if there is someone else jumps. Staff is easy going and I feel comfortable when I walk in. Super easy to find anything. It’s not Walmart but that’s the point.
