My kids moms car was hit and someone from Fred loya recommended this shop. Mark is complete liar had the car for 5 months and nothing is done yet. Insurance paid him full amount and he keeps making excuses that Prts are back ordered which I confirmed with Chevrolet that they are available. Very frustrated guy is a complete joke and needs to be taught a lesson on ripping people off

My wife had been hit by another driver and was clearly not at fault. Our insurance had recommended another bodyshop, but instead I took her car to Extreme Concepts because I knew the owner( apparent owner). I told Mark that the insurance wanted to total the car, but Mark had convinced me to not let them total it because he would take care of us. It took almost three months to get our car back. When we got it back it looked great until the next day we noticed over spray of a yellowish paint on the opposite side of the car that he and his team worked on. He claimed it was because the paint was old. I guess he forgot that he had worked on that particular part of the car the year prior. Last year, someone pulled out of the parking lot and hit my wife on the read right side. I took the car to him and again it took forever to get it back. He and his crew worked on rear right as well as the back of the car removing the bumper. When we finally got the car back it looked good enough. We were just frustrated with extreme concept that we just wanted our car out of there and leave. Last year, someone rear ended me at a red light and that is when I took it to a different body shop. As it turns out, they could remove the bumper because Mark and his team put our bumper back on the car using sheet rock crews that could not be removed because they were stripped. When I confronted Mark about it, he blamed the other body shop and said they were lazy and didn't want to do the work. Now I was going to wash my wife's car the other day and noticed the paint falling off. Extreme Concepts and their team has no integrity and no customer loyalty. Thanks for nothing, Mark. This is proof that cheaper is never better. it always come out more expensive in the end. For future customers, if you want poor service, go to Extreme Concepts and be prepare to go again and again. You also might want to think about leasing a car since your will be there for a while.Services: Painting
