I can't express enough how impressed I am with this rental location. The manager is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind, doing everything possible to ensure our experience was outstanding. We rented a minivan for a one-way trip to purchase a new handicap accessible vehicle to replace our well-worn one. While I anticipated that one-way rentals would be expensive, the manager found every discount available, making it much more affordable. Upon arrival, we switched vehicles to a local rental to further reduce costs, and she made that process seamless. If you're in need of a rental car for any reason, I highly recommend this place.

The staff was exceptional. I had booked the van online weeks ahead of time. Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed and expected. The paperwork was prepared, and the van was ready for me. I simply needed to show my ID and sign, and I was on my way. It was a fantastic experience. The van was clean and fueled up. Returning it was equally simple, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I rented a car today and returned it early, ensuring it was refueled. During checkout, I was overcharged by $20. When I called to address the issue, I was told to wait for my bank to process it. I contacted my bank, and they will be investigating the matter, as I consider it theft. I have all my documentation.
