My experience with Ella Blu was the absolute best. My consultant Pam, was so kind and knowledgeable and really helped me to find my perfect and dream wedding dress. She handled our appointment with ease and even answered some follow up questions I had the next day.

We went to Ella Blu this morning and the bride was a little nervous but Pam was so helpful and kind. Our experience with Pam was better than any of the other shops we visited in the last few weeks. The selection of dress was really good quality. The set up and decor of the store was also a much better than any other. The ambiance was so welcoming. I’m so happy with every aspect of this location.

My experience at Ella Blue was truly a 20/10! I had dreamed of this day ever since I was a little girl. Watching endless episodes of "say yes to the dress" made me so excited for this day and I hoped it would be magical; I have to say that it truly was. I got Megan and she was absolutely God sent. I showed her inspo pictures and it was because of her that I found my perfect dress. She made me feel so comfortable and we immediately bonded, it really felt amazing to have her with me. The dresses they have are all stunning, if you are looking for the perfect place this is definitely the place you want to go to.

Poor customer service. I ordered a dress and a swimsuit on the May 6th (after calling for days in a row to talk to Marcella or Vilma and never received a call back or they were busy with appointments). The gal who took the order wrote down my address wrong and the post office returned it to the store on the 17th. The package was supposed to be sent out on the 20th. I called on Friday the 24th, but they said they wouldn't be able to find a tracking number until after the holiday weekend. When my mom called again (today's the 28th), we were told that we would receive it on Thursday. I guess it's a good thing I still don't need both items for another month...

My daughter just found your dream bridal gown at Ella Blu. It was a great experience, but I have to really give kudos to Pam. She was so knowledgeable and provided that special experience we were hoping for. Pam was the absolute best from start to finish.

This shop was amazing!! My mom and I went to go find her a wedding dress, and we went to three different shops before this one, and none of them compared to Ella Blu! It looked like a real wedding dress boutique, and their selection of dresses was amazing, I could've bought all of them if I could. But what made my mom's experience a memorable one was our super amazing, kind, and helpful stylist, Megan. She actually knew her inventory and the dress that she suggested is the one that my mom ended up choosing!! And once it was all said and done, Megan popped confetti for my mom and gifted her a sweet, little candle, I mean how adorable is that?! Anyways, I will definitely be coming back when it's my time for wedding dress shopping, and I know that even if we get a different stylist, we will still have an absolutely fantastic time because all the girls there were super nice. Hope this review was helpful, thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience at Ella Blu, all thanks to Pam! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect wedding dress. She truly listened to my vision and brought it to life with her vast knowledge of the dresses in the store. Not only did Pam make the process seamless and stress-free, but she also made me feel incredibly special throughout. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. I highly recommend her to anyone in search of their dream dress!

Easiest yes to become an Ella Blu bride! Pam did such an amazing job styling me since I went in without a clue on what I wanted. She made me feel so safe and listened too! The atmosphere is perfect and everyone makes you feel beautiful in anything you try on.

I had the BEST experience wedding dress shopping here at Ella Blu! Andrea was amazing and made me feel so comfortable during such a stressful time. She felt extremely genuine with her insight and made me feel like I was more than just another client. I would say she went above and beyond my expectations for this experience. Catherine helped me the second time I went in to surprise my family and she was also phenomenal! She was so fun and her contagious smile made me and my party feel so excited and ready for the wedding. I would recommend anyone to this place because of these two awesome women and the help and insight they provided.

My experience at Ella Blu was so wonderful. Pam was my stylist, and when I say she cares, she really does. She wants to get to know you, and by the end of the appointment you feel like family. She really listened to what I wanted in a wedding dress, and she found it. I'm so incredibly happy.
