Mike at Elite auto care is the bees knees. He is an honest mechanic, explains and shows the parts he has taken out of a car, even helps you spend less money if it's possible. I have taken my car to other mechanics with high ratings and had to bring my car to Mike to fix the damage they created. Great experience with Mike. You will not be disappointed.

I went to Elite Auto Care and although they were only the first shop I was going to visit (I had 5 others that I wanted to shop around at), I immediately trusted them to take my car in their hands that very day. They dealt with the insurance companies directly, and made the process super seamless and hands off for me. Took me less than a week to finish everything up, and upon picking my car up just yesterday I was totally in shock at the repairs they had done! My car looks even BETTER than it had before! I'm telling you it looks BRAND NEW... like I just picked it up from the dealership!! I haven't even gotten to the best part yet... on TOP of repairing the damaged area, he even took the liberty to fix the damage on an entirely other part of my car that I never expected to fix -- with no extra cost! they actually said they prides themselves in doing these small things for their customers, they said they wanted to surprise me :) Elite Auto made the repairs SO easy and hassle free that I can't even believe it took me this long to take my car in... after an accident that majorly affected my driver side fender, front bumper, and headlight, and about 2 months of arguing with insurance companies, anything related to fixing my car gave me major anxiety.. and so it took me till now to take my car in from the accident that occurred in Dec 2020. Honestly, you can't get any better than this, and I've been raving to my friends about Elite Auto that don't even have cars. Please stop your search now and go support Elite Auto small and mighty business!

I was contacted by Mike (mr. "I got you") that I would get 10% cash back and the deductible waived, I was apprehensive but ultimately agreed to transfer my car here following my accident. I then ventured on one of the worst experiences of my life, some of the worst customer service I have ever received from a certain receptionist, Richard. I was talking to Mike for the longest time who at first was a help, then did not acknowledge my presence at all once he got the insurance's' paycheck. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Ive waited roughly 45 days for my car back and I never got a serious answer to what caused the delay. I was given a "rental" car that had several mechanic issues and they did not seem to care. Not only did it not have a license plate or a registration sticker, but it had no insurance. Much to my dismay, it was my only option so I wouldn't miss work. I will never be returning for as long as i live, and I hope they get their business in check because there were two employees who treated me well. It is a pity they have to work for such a disrupted company with no sense of direction or leadership. I have never come across a worse company, I have more faith in YouTube tutorials to fix my vehicle than these people. I went to visit my car in person (without notice, day 34) because at a certain breaking point, I was convinced my car was not even there. It was dirty, had trash in it and was barely touched on the day I was supposedly able to pick it up. finally, I not only was lied to by several of the employees (bill and mike) but I was not treated like a valued customer after they received payment. Yelp should update their page so I can give negative stars. Update a month later: (I was not going to post this review until I realized just how much I've been l7/16/2020 I received my car (this was after 4-5 more delays in pickup time/dates) and it was filthy with dirt and trash that didn't belong to me. The brights on the headlights do not work, there is shoddy worksmanship on the steering wheel (I can stick a finger through a leather opening that should be sealed) and there is a light on in the car I have to take to get fixed elsewhere). I thought ,well at least I still have the 10% cash back right? Nope. Because of the additional damages (I barely have proof of) they said they aren't giving me this. Mind you, I had to personally call. This wasn't discussed with me with responsibility and maturity. The only person who seemed to help was Kevin but Bill passed me off rudely and without another thought. Additionally, the owner told me he would fire an employee that was absolutely horrible to me and my father. (He purposefully ignored my calls and much more) I have evidence if anyone wants proof and I show up a month later and that man is still there And still being rude towards me. Not even this novel-length review can express how much this company has made me go through misery. I will be reporting them through several outlets. If you really hate someone to the depths of their core , then by all means recommend them this place and slowly watch the downfall of their sanity.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMarch 25, 2020 I brought my Truck here by referral from the AutoBody Manager Mr. "I Got You". My truck was here at this shop for over 110days before I was able to take it uncompleted and after spending $3k in a rental. After they collected the Insurance check the 1st week they took my truck apart and let it sit for 2 months saying they were waiting for parts. I asked for the part order numbers or invoices of the parts so that I can follow up, the parts was never ordered. Once they finally ordered and received the replacement parts they managed to mishandled one of the parts and damaged it and intsalled it with an unrepairable noticable gouged sctatch. They managed to crash another vehicle into my truck causing additional damage. The paint technician is very inexperienced leaving runs and chips on the paint job on my hood. My headlights don't work, nor does the power mirrors, the frame is still bent as they just placed the replacement parts over it thinking it will just cover it up. The AutoBody Mgr tells me he has COVID and will be out for 5 wks all while he post vacation pictures on his FB page. Yes Mr I Got You got my Insurace Money but never completed the work.

I brought my car in twice, and each time I dealt with Alan. Both times he was fair and honest in price, with no pressure for any extra work done. I would definitely recommend.
