We went the first time and for some reason the system was not letting us change from another company to Cricket. She still did everything she could to try to help us. She has a big heart, we went again and this time we were successful to get the line to transfer. “An employee at our Customer Service took the time to fix my phone so that I could access the Target circle savings. Whenever I’d try it on my own I kept getting a message saying that my account couldn’t be found. This employee was so helpful and even showed me how to access these savings on my own. “I want to thank David C. from this location for the wonderful customer service! I’ve had the worst experience with an ongoing backend issue with my line, that no one in customer service has been able to figure out (3 tickets submitted & nothing). It was very frustrating, but David explained options, plans and went out of his way to call customer service while I was in the store, and after research they were able to assist. The staff in the store was also super friendly and had great interactions with everyone in the store, I was very impressed. I will never shop at another T-Mobile location, this team was the best!!! I highly recommend them! ???
I will also add that in a previous visit Mykel and David H. were super friendly, apologetic and tried to assist with my ongoing issue. I will say again that the entire staff that was in the store when I visited on 6.27 were great!”

“I had an overall amazing experience they made it really easy to find what I was looking for we’re really accommodating understanding and in particular I was looking for a Bose sound link micro they had it in stock and even offered to hold it for the eight minutes that it took me to drive over the person I spoke to you on the phone with Angel and when I came in Angel was a little busy so Jesus helped me out in Jesus was wonderful making sure that the product I was looking for was working and everything like that and finally when Angel is available he came over cause I did speak spoken to him prior and he said that he could work a little bit on the price because it had been in a little bit longer than the rest of everything and I was able to take it today kind of thing so he was able to give me a great reasonable price for an item that had little to no wear and tear on it. They did it quickly while managing a busy store and delivered great customer service!!! Definitely coming back!”
