Gotta say this place is great! Very friendly and professional. Owner was very kind, a gives good deals. I was on a budget and got two flats so I was looking to get two used tires. Octavio great help by the way! goes and gets me two really good matching tires in great condition. I start talking to owner about how I’m gonna get my truck towed to his shop since I had two flats. Since I lived 5 minutes away he told me “don’t waste money on a tow truck I’ll send my guy to go get your tires and also change em for you at your home” all of this for a more than fair price. All in all gotta say they offer really good service, great pricing, and good quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

AVOID SHOPS LIKE THISI recently visited this shop to purchase four new tires. I had called ahead and was quoted a price of $40 each for the tires. However, upon arrival, they attempted to charge me $45 each for used tires instead. Deciding to go with the new tires to avoid further complications, I was disappointed to discover that two of my perfectly functioning sensors were inexplicably damaged during the tire change process. Not only did I end up spending more than anticipated, but I also encountered this issue with the tire sensors.To make matters worse, since getting the new tires, my car has been vibrating, which is especially concerning as I have a 2yo riding with me all the time. This unexpected vibration poses a potential safety risk for my child and me. This entire experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and worried about the safety of my vehicle and my family. I sincerely hope that the shop takes these issues seriously and addresses them promptly to avoid similar problems for other customers in the future.

I had a flat tire and they recommended me here wow from the owner to all the worker’s got say they are awesome they where honest and the price for 20 dollars I gave them a tip if 20 they fixed it in Les then 20 minutes if I could give them more than 5 stars I would this best tire repair on the Eastside just show up and they will take car if you thank you !!!!

I called from California because my son was leaving the military in Elpaso and driving home and he needed new tires. I called this tire shop and inquired about gently used tires, and was told that they had a set of four tires that were almost new. My son drove home from Texas to California and thank God he made it safely. One week after being home, he got a major blowout. I inspected the other three tires that were just put on three weeks prior and they all have severe dry rot and are cracking everywhere. I will now have to go get four new tires as these tires are not safe. This tire shop knew that my son would be driving home from Texas to California and they put tires on there that were bad and he could've gotten the blowout on the way home and been stranded. I called the shop and spoke to Octavio and he informed me to call him back after he talked to the owner. Every time I have called back to the shop they purposely do not answer the phone so I waited a couple of days and called this morning, and as soon as I asked for Octavio, they hung up on me. I tried calling back and they just sent me to voicemail. Please DO NOT get tires from here as they are not trustworthy or honest and then when there's a problem they just ignore you. Go to a reputable tire shop so you don't get ripped off or put your life in danger.

Came to change my tires and the guys were great. My lug nuts didn’t fit, so the owner offered a ride to the auto zone while the other guys worked on balancing the tires. Definitely recommend them.

Caesar, the manager was extremely helpful and courteous. The customer service was impressive and amazing. I will definitely come again. If you are looking at saving money East Side Tires have good quality used tires.
