I ordered 8 stuffed bagel minis which are $2 each. They charged me about $25. I felt I was getting overcharged, the order even with tax wouldn't be over $20. But when I asked for the itemized receipt they said they didn't have those, that their POS did not print them. I found that unbelievable.

Owner shouted at my 90 year old grandparents when they asked to correct their order (missing croissant and missing donut) order was incomplete. Owner 109249 Ulysses accused them of lying and told them to never return to that location. Morning of March 30th to review video, store 351456.

I arrived at Dunkin today, Saturday, from the mountain in front of Bassett and I bought 2 donuts and the cashier threw them into the bag and when I got home all the frosting was stuck to the bag, how rude. I saw several comments and they don't have good reviews. I think Dunkin doesn't even read them. I don't see any response.
