Do not go here for your computer/cellphone needs.My wife dropped off her computer with a cracked screen for repair. She brought the new screen to be installed. She received a message stating that her computer was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up, it did not work. The keyboard, and touch pad were unresponsive. The owner has the worst disrespectful attitude. He was playing Golf and said that he didn't have time for my issue. We settled on a price, but then did not let me take the computer because I didn't have an ID. I told him that he could call my wife to confirm that I was there on her behalf to pick it up.He prefers to go to small claims court over an issue that could've been resolved with courtesy and professionalism.The worst service, customer response, and professionalism ever. Do not use this business. They do not value customers.

omg i've never experienced a worst service! they had my phone since 7/6/12 and today its 8/15/12, it has been over a month! i had to keep calling them several times to see how my phone was and everytime i called they would say that they had to order a different part. Today i just called them and they said "you didn't get a call? we can't fix the phone" They never ever called me even though they claimed that they did. He said i didn't have to pay for anything. i'm not even sure if my phone is working anymore he said he would call me in 30 mins to see if it was working, well see about that. He said the brain was messing up and it was getting worse and worse. My phone was working perfect the screen had just cracked and thats it. Don't ever go there EVER!!! go through insurance instead of going to pay these frauds its just a waste of time they make things worse then it was.

Highly dont recommend fast shipping on screens only because there could be a delay. Went Monday was told ready next day or wait till Wednesday paid for that fast fast but got delayed not my fault and still got charged

I recently dropped my phone and the screen was damaged. I decided to send it here because I came a long In ago in the past. I got a new screen and it costed me $160! The screen is not even a genuine apple screen. There are also very visible factors that show my screen was fixed. The screen is also a lot more blurry than before and the contrast is a lot brighter. If you have any apple products I recommend getting it done at the Apple Store. It may take longer but it is guaranteed to be just as good

Unfortunately they aren't capable of answering a phone call for two days in a row to get a quote. Plenty of other repair shops in the area I can take my business. You should too!
