Look elsewhere, the manager is rude and talks down to everyone, She also lives on the premises and is in everyone’s business way after business hours, she can’t see kids playing outside and using the playground because right away there she goes yelling at them trying to scare them. When talking to parents she’s very rude and raises her voice for everything, she also likes to say certain things are in the contract when they’re not, I guess shes used to using that tactic on people who don’t read their contract word for word but I have.
Look elsewhere if you want to live comfortably and not have a manager breathing down your back, no privacy what so ever, you’ll pay all this money in rent to live on her terms.

The absolute worst place I have ever lived. The only saving grace has been Eliana. Take the time to read every review and really consider your choices in places to reside. This one is not it.

I wish I could find somewhere else, because right now I don't recommend anyone to come live here. I have flies that they haven't bothered to call pest control for. And I don't mean any house flies I'm talking about those huge flesh flies! That shouldn't be in a home! Maintenance just came to tell me that my vents were clear of anything dead. And that I have a leak in the bathroom that they were going to fix today but haven't! And I also have mold in the bathroom too! I'll show you all pics if you don't believe me! I've contacted them numerous times to fix the mold on the wall in my bathroom, my wall is getting soft because of it. All maintenance said was it was because of the leak we have. No it's because it's too humid in here I don't even have good air conditioning either. Now it's only me working other wise if I could I would move! Don't let the pictures fool you not every apartment looks nice! Mine doesn't it's far from it. And to top it off I've been living here for 5 years and things just keep getting worse! Especially the last 2 years! Last year my toilet over flowed and they never cleaned the carpet just dried it! Yes I'm on one but you would be too living under these conditions!

I would not they keep raising the rent. And they keep calling animal services on my dogg would not recommend they maintenance do t fix anything they just paint over it. And the leasing off is rude. Was supposed to stay for a year I left after 3 months definitely not worth it

I’ve been a resident here for over 10 years and I’ve never been happier with our office staff as I am now. Eliana knows her stuff and goes out of her way to make sure her residents are happy and have everything they need to live a comfortable life here at Dos Santos. Dos santos apartments are very poor in management and have poor maintenance they try to fix things and it just ends up worst then before and they say they have a gym but all the equipment is broken the pool is always dirty. Also management does nothing about complaints just sends a email and think the problem is sloved. I recommend not renting for these apartments.

I just want to thank Eliana for making my move from out of state go so smoothly she helped me get all moved in before I got to El Paso, I would highly recommend checking out Dos Santos apartments!

Honestly, aside from the cheap work they do in the apartment, quick fixes, and paper thin walls. Worst thing about this place is that staff/management won’t do anything about noisy tenants. Horrible place to stay

Dos Santos apartments is a great community to live in. The staff is very helpful and Gilbert the maintenance guy made sure my work orders were done properly and in a timely manner.
