Damaged parts , parts are missing and some times items are 100% perfect.Good customer service. Owners are friendly. Prices for the pallets of merchandise range from 400 to 1,000. Is a gamble on the merchandise sometimes you make a profit, sometimes you break even and sometimes you take a loss. Items are returns from Walmart, bestbuy.... Cash only no refunds
