Turns out that if your items don't scan at correct price and comes up $.01 at scan they cannot sell to you. They will take item away and pull remaining stock from shelves instead of coming up with a misc type charge and allowing you to purchase. Crazy.

I will start , the cashier is not at fault . The supervisor “ Grecia”. Inside my happened on 04/24/2024 at 12:59 pm , one lady came to exchange an item to which they agreed since she had the original receipt , she brought a bag of chips for the exchange and was told they can’t do it for that , then she said then I just want a refund to which the employee responded she can’t do so , I was in line and pulled out the dollar tree return policy which stated they can exchange (for any item) or refund with the receipt , which by the way was taken by “GRECIA” the supervisor tot he back . Also the exchange was made with no transaction which is also a violation of return/exchange procedures . Grecia get it together and learn the policies first before giving orders on what should be done, and just to clarify the customer was an elderly lady , shame on you for trying to take advantage over a few dollars. This will be going directly to corporate, as I am a secret shopper and this will be reported

The line was very long the catcher asked for backup but manager took about 30 minutes to show up I think he was mad because of that and it was treating customers very rude that's the reason why I'm giving only one star I hope this manner you get disciplinated I always buy in this store
