I was giving the challenge to purchase 60 mugs from dollar tree. I started on the west side near Resler and Doniphan one at Sunlandpark and I came down Mesa street Bassett and other dollar stores . At check out every cashier were friendly and helpful the used newspaper and plastic bags. One cashier used a box so that it was easier for use . It’s nice to meet cashier that provides help. A cashier is an essential job on a successful business. The cashier on Viscount location was not only rude but unmannerly. I ask if we could please use new paper to wrap the mugs since they are fragile , I immediately noticed her body language. She got upset! I

Customer service was horrible they only had one register open while there was 20 people the worker refused to open the register saying she was busy

Worst customer service ever. Went yesterday only one register open was waiting 30min they open another one then the cashier decides to close her register and kept insisting on me to move registers after all my things where on the counter so she can scan.. How did she want me to move to the back of the line all Over again after I been waiting in hers.. Worst experience ever.

They scammed me. They removed items out of my bag that I paid for and took advantage of me being a frazzled mom wanting to get my children out of the store. They were only supposed to take $8 in items out and actually removed $15-$20 in items.
