Manger yells at kids for putting ball back, incident happen Oct 27,2023 4:30P.M didn’t like how she approached customer name Liz, did ask her outside why she yelled at them, said she told her son to put the ball back manger said kid was walking bouncing ball same time as basketball, very unprofessional behavior and as well no need to yelled inside store.

I always find what I need. There is a problem with cashiers they always forget to put one or two items in my ? bag. Thank goodness they don't charge me for the items. It's happened to me at both the Mesa Street and Pershing street stores. Cashiers seem to panic when a customer like me buys a lot of items. I think that's why they forget to ring me one or two items. I think they also panic when they start seeing long lines because i usually shop for a whole month. The store on Pershing street is very dirty especially the floors.
