The girl Brandy had such a rude attitude towards me over just asking for help to find something! Like I’m sorry that you have to do your job and help customers! I shouldn’t have to be treated terribly because you hate your job!

Tired of store never honoring their coupons. Second time this happens, it’s useless clipping coupons and adding your phone number clerk never even tries to fix the issue. Never again. This is one of the pictures but I also have toilet paper that didn’t come out to coupon price

so I went in with my emotional support dog and my boyfriend. We ask one of the dudes who looks like a truck driver (short hair and a cap) what milk has the best expectation date, he first gives attitude saying "the ones in the front?" (if you know anything about how a store works, you put the fresh stuff in the back and the newer things in the front) then looks at my dog saying he can't be in there and that we have to carry him because "it's against company policy" and also told us to give him proof! we don't need to show proof! It's the law! Look it up! so we say to go get the SOP and he ignores and continues putting things away. Later on he's at the register, it's our turn with him but we say nah and wait for the other woman because we like her and he gets angry and leaves. We had to leave and come back because we forgot our card, we come back and he's STILL in a bad mood! he continues being really disrespectful to us!! we have been shopping here for years! never had this happen before. I think he's new. my boyfriend also used to work there so we would go shopping here a lot since it's right across the street. I don't know what his problem is but something needs to be fixed about his attitude! the other star is for the woman, I don't know her name but she's amazing! I can't give 5 stars because of the dude but I would definitely do it for her! she's so sweet and friendly! she knows customer service! she's the best! she doesn't have a problem with our dog either!

An employee working at this store close to Coronado High School was racist towards my son. The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon around 6:00 pm. The employee racially profiled my son and kicked him and another student out of the store. My son and his siblings had been customers of this location for many years and they had never been treated like this. I am requesting an investigation of this incident and would like to request management to fire this type of employees and trained them better. What a shame we have to deal with hate and racism in our community.

Did a quick stop at this location. Always satisfied with the store and employees. Tonight however was really different. The sales associate, Amanda, was rude and lazy. It really was disappointing. I probably will not go back to this store for quite awhile. Hopefully they will hire better people in the future.
