The manager Keke is a wonderful and very professional person, not to mention the other workers are very friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and well-organized. Keep up the excellent work and great service ??

At 8:45 pm on 9/25/2023 I was pulling out of the parking spot and my front bumper was ripped out by the concrete parking stop bumper with a rebar sticking out at least an inch off the top. It tore my front headlight and fog light wirings, bent the bumper and fenders, mostly all clips were broken, paint was chipped off several costumers saw the whole thing the employees also saw but went back and pretended like nothing happened maybe there’s nothing they could do about it so it wasn’t their fault. Whoever is in charge at this location should take care of that rebar it shouldn’t be sticking out. And my car is not lowered the suspension is from factory so my car wasn’t the problem. I would hope they take some responsibility as it could have easily been prevented but now I will have to drive a car with no lights. I hate writing bad reviews but if I’m contacted I will update this review to a better one

My mother had bought me a black trash can 2 days ago. I needed a white trash can. I went to exchange it and the employees there said they couldnt exchange it because the lid was the incorrect lid. My mother made the mistake of grabbing the incorrect lid (she's elderly) but Dollar General made the huge mistake of scanning the item without telling her that it was the wrong lid! Now we are stuck with a trash can with the wrong lid and DG will have the incomplete inventory only because they didnt want to do the exchange! You just lost a long time customer never coming back to Dollar General again!

Came to this dollar general twice today. Once at 11 and another time at 1 and the cashier was no where to be found the first time I was trying to check out. When she finally assisted me after 5 mins waiting she looked so bothered and annoyed and never apologized for not noticing me. I let it go and left. I came back again because I had forgot an item and after I waited in line she immediately tried to walk off cause she didn’t notice me. Then when I walked up to the counter she noticed I came back and rolled her eyes at me as if I was still annoying her. I came back two hours later. Never gave her any back talk. I even said thank you each time and she just seemed like she did not like me even though I was not a burden to be there. The management here needs to evaluate their staffs customer service. I will still consistently come to this store because it’s by my house but it’s extremely uncomfortable to come to this store because I seem like an inconvenience to the cashier lady. even though the dollar general is suppose to be a store of convenience. Highly disappointed and bothered.
