I took him to get groomed in December and he was fine, when he returned he was sad and slower. Next day his back legs stopped working. Took him to vet and his back disc's were ruptured. I don't think it was a coincidence. He always cried ? before he went.

Can't believe this happened they gave my dog tranquilizer or lot of calming treats. He can't walk and his left eye is closing up. My girlfriend dropped him off completely fine and they charged a extra money than usual for haircut. Worst experience honestly.

My poodle has been groomed here a couple times in the past 6 months and has had horrible ear infections the day after, I called and the employee and coincidentally she said she saw redness in one of his ears while cleaning it and failed to mention it to me when I picked him up. Both ears are horribly infected and instead of customer service trying to keep a customer, only excuses were made without any responsibility taken for a mistake of poor cleaning. Hopefully they can fix the issue so it doesn't happen to other pets.

I was a walk-in. Yasmin was accommodating and straight forward. She asked me for my pup's rabies records, which I thought was good. My furry baby looks beautiful.Thank you!

warning fraudsters. cheap low quality dog beds charged at US prices, looks like they came straight from a sweat shop in China. incorrect size, don't look like the picture, rude and useless customer service. even though I sent proof that the dog beds were undersized and misshapen they will only give me a refund if I post two dog beds back to Austria. Would be funny if I didn't get ripped off $107USD. do not give these people your money.

My boy, Aluche, LOVES Doggy Kingdom. I came from PetSmart, who kept him in a crate for FAR too long and never got to him. Doggy Kingdom is communicative, sweet to my boy, and prices are more than fair. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I have been coming to Doggy Kingdom over 10 years, still sometimes my dogs don’t want to go in, just like the they do with the vet, but Doggy Kingdom does a super job!

The WORST DOG GROOMING PLACE IN EL PASO TX, The woman there very rude, my dogs were scare to go back there, they were shaking when I get there for the second time, so I never show up there again. My dogs refused to get inside that place. . Be careful people with this place. I will never go back there to attend my dogs. Please please people OPEN YOUR EYES ?

I took my dog for grooming, they informed me they accept credit/debit card and now once I came to pick her up. They told me they were not going to give my dog if I didn’t pay in cash. They hung the phone up on my face. I never was so mistreated in my life. If you don’t accept card you should have a sign at your door or at least no lie about it. I asked them for a squared link to use my debit/credit card for payment and they also rejected me ain’t seeing my money again. Poor quality service with me as a customer and my dog.
