Got my dog back to this under her neck. A whole chunk of skin missing. I understand things happen but the fact that it wasn't brought to my attention over the phone or when my baby was picked up. Just infuriated me!

They were very attentive and caring. Even helped an older lady with loading her dogs in her car. Very humane and caring people. In my book, that is number one. Who is perfect? But their attitude is 100% the best. Totally recommend it. ???
