I wait 2 hours and half just for a flat tire under warranty and rotation. At the end they told me a nut and bolt were damaged. Usually they try to throw the fault on you, but I knew they damaged because I just did my brakes and rotors few days ago. I took care of my car to avoid damages. This place is just crowded and employees just don’t care, the lack of training on just the air gun and just other behaviors you can observe thru the window. This is the 2nd time I have to spend time and money to fix their errors. They did the same when I bought the tires and now when I back for rotation. Very disappointed of this place, after years of being a customer next time I will look somewhere else. They sale the tire certificate but need to waste up to 3 hours for a service, never accomplish the commitment time on ticket. The cheaper go expensive sometimes.

I came in to get a tire looked at on my wifes honda crv and the gentleman in shop were outstanding. The found the nail, patched it, and sent us on our way. Thanks again!

Bought tires for my truck and they didn’t even acknowledge me when I went for installation after installation they didn’t even program my tpms until I told them to do it after buying all new sensors when I bought tires for my car they broke my hub cap and I had to jump through hoops to get them to replace it and when they replaced it they replaced it with the wrong one didn’t really want to leave a negative review but the overall experience in this place was horrible for the money I spend I should of went to a smaller local business

Terrible service. Pulled in at 4:47 to get the free tire pressure check and the person on the tire machine told me to go away because they were closed but yet it’s not 5 o’clock

Adrian took really good care of us. We had a screw in our tire on our way out of town. He got us in, sold us a good set of tires, replaced them all in less than an hour. Super thankful.

I came in for an alignment. Waited 20 min in line to get told the next opening was tomorrow at 12:45. I came at 12:40 waited in line again reached the counter at 1:05. Then I am told the alignment tech was out to lunch and he would be back at 1:45 but he has an appointment at 2pm...... I got here at 1:40 the tech already has a vehicle on the machine. Now I have to wait for another hour. They have 3 guys working the counter but 2 are BSing in the office or in the bay at all times.. So 1 guy works the counter at a time.. management needs to be trained as to how to run this place efficiently. This has been my experience for the last 4 times or so. Might have to change location next time.

I ordered tires over a week before my appointment, I show up to my appointment and they tell my tires did not arrive, they offered me a alternative tire which I agreed to accept instead, they pull my RV in about 20 minutes later than my appointment and take 2 hours to mount my 2 front tires, they pull out my RV without re installing my simulator hubcap on one side, I let them know and they go looking for it and reinstall it. I drove off to get my inspection for registration and notice at a speed above 50 the RV shakes bad which it didn't do before, apparently the installer doesn't know how to balance tires after he mounts them. Do not trust this place to balance your tires after mounting them.

Was helped by Adrian & he was beyond amazing! Very helpful & knowledgeable. Best customer service by everyone I interacted with. I have been doing business with Discount Tires for years but this location is definitely one of th3 best! I highly recommend.

First thing first , I took a $6,000 pair of wheels to get tires mounted and balanced there. That scratched up every single wheel where the tire meets the rim. On top of that issue , they never even balanced the wheels. They literally only mounted the tires. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the manager Raymond refunded me for the service and offered to repair the wheels. I didn’t want to repair my wheels with the guys he recommended because they’re mobile repair guys. My wheels were powder coated straight from CCW FORGED WHEELS. A mobile guy can’t repair these wheels the way they should be. They even went as low as leaving lube all over my brand new wheels. Was very disappointed in Discount Tire for the simple fact I took the wheels there with knowledge that they were professionals. Very disappointed in the workmanship there.

Extremely serviceful & empathetic. Thanks to service guy who I think was a manager by his demeanor & fact that he stayed long after closing time- Louis. He called me after closure to remind me my car was ready, great to go above & beyond! I'll definitely be back for service like this! Good to see people are still human
