Had a great experience here today. All of the staff is very friendly/attentive & understanding. I was not quite ready to replace the tires on my trailblazer, but rather only wanted to plug a tire that had a nail in it. Unfortunately my tire was too old to repair (10 years old as I bought this car used), which I understand, however they had already lifted my car and removed the nail so they couldn't let me back out on the road like that even though I did not want to replace my tire yet. They kindly found a used tire in the back that fit my car that was in better condition for the road than my current tire and replaced it for me. These guys will look out for yours and everyone else's safety on the road and I appreciate that. Clearly there is a reason that my entire family has their tires serviced here!

i really loved my experience here, the employee that helped me out was super nice and friendly (don't remember his name unfortunately). they were able to patch my tire for free within an hour. thank you :)

I’m about to leave after visiting for a screw in my tire. They fixed that and found a screw in another tire! Fixed both for free. Also rotated my tires at no charge while they were in there. I paid $10 per tire for balancing. I know where I’m coming when it’s time to replace my tires. They’ve got my business!!

Avoid this location if you walk in they will keep bumping you to the end if you don't make a appointment while quoting people that come in afterward less time. They do not give priority to waiting customers.

Discount Tire has always been good to me for the last 35 years. I visited today after scheduling an appointment for 9:30am. I arrived on time and was driving away at 10:15. I was surprised. I went in for my 5k mile inspection and tire rotation. My truck drives better than ever. Well worth the visit and 45 minutes. They offer free air anytime they are open. You can sit in your car while they dirty their hands. You are driving a safer car. Check 'em out next time you need air for your wheels or looking for a good deal. On New Tires, of course. Stay safe and enjoy yer ride.

This used to be my go-to tire shop, but I will not be returning after my recent experience. I feel the staff tried to take advantage of the fact that I was a female. After buying 3 new tires (which was needed due to the tread depth being at 3.32) they tried to tell me I needed to pay an additional $90 to replace all the lug nuts because they were worried about stripping them. The car is a 2016 and in good shape. Never in my life has a shop told me all my lug nuts were "going bad" and that it was a "serious safety concern." I told them I would make a call and see. I called an old friend who is a mechanic and who has worked in tire sales and they told me they have never experienced this before or charged anyone for this before either. The staff never returned to discuss the lug nuts after the phone call and my car was ready about 15min later. TLDR: They will try to take advantage of customers who they believe don't know much about vehicles. Ask questions and do your research. I hope this helps others
