“Service is unfriendly but I’m giving it 4 stars due to the vast inventory they have. The service is not too shabby but not welcoming either. The restroom was very stinky they should consider an automated air freshener. Very closed off and the walls the material the smell sticks a lot. They don’t have many toy selections. But in clothes they have a lot of selections. The cashiers were fast. The parking is ample but dangerous people drive crazy in this shopping center you have to watch your four at all times.”
“I cannot complain about this location. Store was clean staff was friendly, manager was super helpful in getting and finding us the patio furniture we wanted and within our budget. I live in far east el paso and I'll make the drive to the northeast for this big lots.”
“As a store manager myself, this location never disappoints. Always stocked, and clean. I was looking for a keychain I had found in another location but didn’t get to buy, I was 200% sure I wasn’t going to find it here, but decided to ask a girl employee that was helping us with the checkout either way. She said she remembered seeing it, and found it for me! To be honest, many places that I’ve been to would’ve said “oh yea no we ran out”, but stores need more people like her. Will always return to this location even if I have others closer to me.”
“This place is very well stocked, I love it, you can find what you least imagine: food, clothes, shoes, flowers, blankets, toys, accessories for the house, cleaning, blender base, things for the garden ? shovels, rakes, brooms, cotton mops , aerosol paint collector very useful for school work. “This is the biggest big lots I've ever been to! It's pretty massive. Always lots of great stuff to check out. I love all the interesting things I find here that I can't find anywhere else. Tons of great snacks and chips.”
“Big lots recently I went to get some Christmas decorations. Am I found 50% discount 50% discount.But not only that. In big lots, you can find food. You can find home supplies furniture.You can find a lot of things. For example, I found food for my dog in the bed for my dog and then I found Air freshener, glade, and all the older brands. The store is fully supply and I had another perception of the store.Honestly This time that I went to purchase the Christmas decorations. It changed my perception. I wanna encourage you to go and change your perception of biglots, thank you.”

“I don't go to Big Lots that often, mostly to buy popcorn and outdoor lighting. They have a fantastic selection of both at great prices. Kettle corn for the win! My friend shops at Big Lots a lot. The cashier was very helpful for her find and to use an e-coupon she'd been sent as a frequent buyer.”

I went in looking for a men's shirt and left the store with the shirt and a shopping cart ? full with all kinds of awesome stuff. If you haven't been there, you should go, because the prices are unbelievable and the stuff is top of the line ? ? ?.”

“Staff is always friendly even if they don't smile, it's fine I get it , I used to work at a DG too. So good job just doing your best. Staff is helpful and always willing to answer your questions. They stock and run the register so if they ain't there don't think bad , they literally doing two jobs at once. My go to for quick things, sometimes the inexpensive quick place to go.”
“This location is always well stocked compared to many of the other Dollar General locations. I'm so glad this one is, because this is the one that is most convenient to me from my home. “Very large place with all sorts of random things you may need. It's not all quality (it is a dollar store) and it's often disorganized due to the high traffic but it gets the job done. Docked one stat though for diverting traffic from the local grocery next door which closed it's doors recently.”

“This might be one of my favorite places to shop. The veteran staff are rock solid and I feel like could probably know me as a regular by now. Willingness to help is probably the main selling point and just being friendly. There is a huge problem with lines so I avoid this place in what I consider to be "rush hour" times of day so I don't have to ruin my overall positive view of the place. If you do shop here at the "after work special" times of day, don't be shocked to find horrible lines. The apartment complex keeps the place pretty busy too so you have to keep that in mind when shopping here.”

Also my daughter and niece got their ears pierced there by Shannon Harris and she did an amazing job as well in getting them perfect.
