I've shopped often at Dillard's but this time I was disappointed. I bought a blouse, wore it one time, washed it per the instructions, but it shrunk. I tried to exchange it or return it with the receipt, but wasn't able to because I didn't have the yellow sticker.

I was going to purchase a shirt for work and I was in a rush cuz I had limited time to get the shirt. I already had the shirt with me ready to check out and a lady on the second floor,on the men's section, on Friday, May 3, between 3:45 and 4:00 approach me to ask me in a very confrontational way if I had been helped already. She wasn't kind or polite. She was rude and she made me feel like she saw me like I was not good enough to be buying at the store she treated me like I was some kind of delinquent. So I returned the shirt and left the store because I ain't buying stuff from a place that treats me like I am inferior

Hard to find assistance in. evening wear but they are there when paying for items so they can get their commission! Selection of evening wear pretty poor. In both stores!

Don’t ever leave anything behind or rely on their cameras to assist, one of the associates stated they have blind spots that or their asset protection doesn’t want to work..management was horrible this was in the shoe department..
