Bought a 2023 gladiator rubicon used of course when I got home noticed the brake rotors where like this. Brought it up to the manager and he said he couldn’t do anything about it that the rotors are perfectly fine. Took it to the maintenance dept on the dealership sideand mechanic from there also said the rotors are perfectly fine of course he was buddies with the manager. So now I gotta buy four new rotors at 100$ a piece and maybe new pads. Just because of the negligence of doing a proper inspection or just not really caring about selling a vehicle with bad rotors. Don’t buy from this people bunch of scammers.

I recently purchased a truck from here, I was given inspection paperwork "proving" it was mechanically inspected, less than a week later I took it to a mechanic to have its oil changed as they hadn't even done that, and come to find out my struts were blown, roters were warped, the brake pads were badically non existant, and my transmission was leaking. I had to end up going to the mvd to get my permanent plates because they sent my plates to the wrong address and It took them nearly 4 months to contact me about new ones. My wife needs a new car and I grauruntee that we will not be purchasing from this dealership again.

Made an appointment to drive 200 miles to purchase a vehicle from them the next day and they sell the vehicle in the interim and don't even bother to call until I have already driven. Insanely unprofessional, I would not recommend dealing with them when they treat people this way.

Bought a car from this dealer. Car had several things wrong with it, would have never know buying from the lot, until I spent money with my own mechanics. The deceptive way they went about it, is what gets me mad. Over priced and lying about the vehicle's "health". Would not recommend. Unless they man up and fix the issues and help with cost repairs, I would rate differently...
