This praise is long overdue! On June 21, we drove over to get a new key made, (The west side jeep did not have the time to make a key) and it became very stressful when we found out how expensive those new type of keys and reprogramming costs! However, the parts person Peter was most helpful, and we are very thankful to him! When we went to leave, our car wouldn’t start and we were having that “what next” feeling. Peter tried to help us, but had to call someone from the service department to help us! They had to move our car over to that area to see what was going on. We were there for quite a long time, We are senior citizens, and so it was very tiring for us! I believe it was some thing having to do with the timing and they were able to adjust it! Loraine Service manager was super nice and helpful which definitely made a stressful situation much better! I wished we still lived on that side of a mountain and would recommend them to anyone who needs parts or service!

Disgraceful the service department is incompetent and lazy. Not a very good experience here absolutely bad place. Employees are terrible no accountability at this establishment.

Over the course of a couple of weeks, we received amazing customer service from Brian. I went in on a random Friday to look at a new Jeep and he was very helpful and informative and answered all my questions patiently. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle and I did not feel pressured at all the way one usually feels at dealerships. He even went out of his way to make sure I was entirely happy with my purchase and offered me customization options on the car I chose. While I know a salesman's job is to sell, Brian made sure to make us feel comfortable and taken care of as opposed to just another person to sell to. We are super appreciate of the customer service we received from Brian! Although I did not have the pleasure of meeting Imelda, she also reached out via text to follow up on my experience with the dealership. She was very friendly and helpful, and even made sure to follow up after I had completed my purchase. When I finally completed my purchase, Philip was great to work with as well. He was very forthcoming and helped us secure our purchase. Thank you all, I am super happy with my purchase and the customer service I received at this location!

If I have tor ate this place I would have to give them zero or negative . I have been taking my Jeep Cherokee’s to go fix here but the result was not good. I was about to leave for Huston but my windshield reservoir or hose are still leaking but I paid them to fix it. I will soon leave this place and go back to the west side .Anyway I’m Linus and probably soon I won’t get keep fix at this place. I have been spending more money at this place but the outcome was not good

Normally no issues but today i went in for an inspection and when i get my car back my seat and mirrors were all changed. I understand if youre a little short and need to reach the pedals but you don't have to change the angle of the back and the height of the seat. Each mirror was repositioned as well. Its an inspection, not a road trip. If youre gonna change a customers settings, make the effort to put them all back. Oh and my headlight settings were changed too. They just left them on after switching off from automatic.

I was recommended to take my 2023 Jeep Wagoneer for warranty work here since I had a really bad experience at Viva Dodge, but I regret it. The Service Advisor Joselyn attended me, but through out all the process of dropping off the car, seems like she didn't know much about service. I would explain the issues and didn't under stand. very unprofessional.Did not even offer a shuttle ride back to my work since I had to drop off the vehicle. Couldn't tell me a rough estimate when they would be able to find out what is the issue with my vehicle. I had to drop it off for a couple of days and she said would call me with an update. Days passed and no phone calls with an update. I called and could not get through, it would send me to voicemail and I left messages and still no phone calls returned. Finally got a hold of her, and when I asked questions about my car, she said she had to put me on hold to talk to the tech about whats going on with my vehicle. So finally she told me what they think was the issue but not a concrete answer, she needed more time. So I went on a Saturday picked up my car and will take my business somewhere else. If i could rate this service advisor a bunch of negative stars... I would.

This review is for the body shop. Worst experience ever! I was in an accident this month(not my fault) I took my challenger to the body shop on Montana so they can fix it. They considered it a total loss after a few days. I have pictures of everything starting from when I first got my car, the scene at the accident, when the first tow truck took it, when it was dropped off at dealership, and when it was dropped off at my house. So I have proof of how my car looked! When I finally got the chance to have someone look at it to let me know if they can fix it, I find out that a lot of my parts are missing! I call the dealership and they tell me that everything should be in my car and there should’ve been a cup with all the other stuff, but nothing was there except for the broken black plastic part from the bottom of car and one of the headlights and other little pieces. But my main parts like my grill, the emblem, one of the fog lights, hood covers, headlight bezels, the reflector. All of that was missing, and mind u I don’t know much about cars which is why I took it to the dealership because I trusted that they were able to fix it. But they screwed me over and kept the parts that were reusable! Now I’m gonna have to spend more money to look for those parts. All they could tell me was that the broken pieces they threw away and whatever was broken they tossed it. I know they kept those parts and nobody wants to say anything. We asked to take a look at the cameras and I still have yet to receive a call back. It’s been about a week. They take forever to get back to me through phone call and email! The body shop at this dealership is no good!!
