i’ve visited this spa 3 times already for pedicures and everyone is always very nice and funny! i like when someone tries to hold a conversation with you, no matter where i go. you’re always greeted and sat in a timely manner. additionally, the pedicures themselves are bliss! the second cheapest one they have ($45) includes a hot stone massage, which you might find at other places for $80+. i have accumulated $15 worth of points which i can use towards my next pedi. absolutely love this place!

Kim, the nail tech, is very professional. She is also quick. She's a very pleasant young lady, whom makes you feel welcome.
Requested style: Short acrylic nails with French polish on both hands and feet.
Cleanliness: Everything in salon is very clean.

Was recommended to Kim where I spent $186 to have a pedicure and a new set of nails applied. Had a great experience up until I wanted something fixed on my nail. Keep in mind, she hadn't even applied the top coat. She snapped and scolded me about the time it would take and about how I should have noticed earlier. She then told me she wouldn't fix it and would pass me to someone else. Im not a nail tech and had no idea my request would upset her so much. Needless to say this is the first and last time I will visit Deluxe Nails. Too pricey and the customer service is not worth the money.

Kim is absolutely extraordinary! I have been going to this nail salon for over 8 years. I’ve tried other salons and find myself coming back. I had an amazing experience with my son’s girlfriend and her mom yesterday. Very unprofessional and very unsanitary. They rushed the entire process so we couldn’t enjoy it, I wanted acrylic nails and they got mad at me . They just gave me gel cause it was “easier “ for them. Then they burnt tf out of my friends feet and hurt her during the pedicure and not once apologized. The staff was very rude and didn’t want to help get rid of our calluses . 0 out of 10 would never ever recommend this place don’t bother wasting your money here. When I checked out the lady was very nice.

I started coming here since I moved back to El Paso , I’ve always received great service from everyone . I go with Kim now , been there for more than a year with her and she always is kind and takes good care of my nails . Always double checks to make sure they look neat and that they are well placed . She also always remembers me and what I need for my nails for work , and the nails always last a very long time without chipping . Overall best service , and I’ll keep coming here

Spent $186 for a pedicure and a fresh set of acrylics. All was well up until I had issues with the chrome finish. The technician, Kim, who already took three hours to complete the service, snapped and scolded me for not realizing my issue sooner. I am not a technician and did not know my request couldn't be fulfilled without significant time. I opted to keep the final product because the tech threatened to abandon the service and have me waiting till another tech would be available. The owner never got back to me so the only thing I can do now is warn people to stay away.

Great service from the moment you walk in the door! You’re asked if you would like a beverage upon sitting for your service. Clean salon with lots of work stations. Kim is simply the best. She is thorough and gives the best massages AND she’s so sweet.
