Super helpful. I started off out of town, Patti coordinated with me on my days in town to show us multiple listings. She listened to our likes and dislikes. She was easy to reach and helped to explain every step of the process. I would definitely recommend her.

Patti has been an outstanding property manager! Anytime something went wrong, she was extremely responsive and even had a plumber come out to our house on Christmas day. She has great communication and always got back to me right away. I would highly recommend her!

I must say working with Patti and Dan Olivas was very beneficial in getting the home my wife and I desired. They are extremely knowledgeable in the El Paso area real estate market and highly motivated in finding the best deal for your family. They were able to, multiple times, on short notice (within a day) to meet with my wife and I too view and inspect houses, firsthand. Highly, highly, highly recommend! From the moment we met with Patti to sell our house, she was in our world from start to finish. She walked us through the paperwork, and addressed every and any question or concern. She was literally instantly available if we had a question or need. I was living out of state, but needed to move to be closer to family. After several realty recommendations, I selected the Dan Olivas and Associates Realty for help in finding me a house. Houses were scarce, Patti Olivas was the realtor, who searched and searched and finally helped me find a builder. She helped me navigate builder plans, building sites and model home tours all from a distance. I would have changed my mind about moving had it not been that Patti walked me through the whole building process. She would call me, sent videos of the progress. If I had questions, she would contact the builders and get me answers. And finally, I was unable to do my final walk-through because of of timing and distance; Patti did the walk through for me, while videoing the process.This lady went over and above of what she needed to do. She walked and talked me through the buying, building, and closing. I cannot say enough good things about her. She's knowledgeable, personable, her follow-through is amazing. I highly recommend Patti Olivas.

Patti took over for our last property managers who were absolutely horrible! She managed our property for 4 years while we live overseas. She was such a blessing to us both personally & professionally!! If you don’t want to be stressed out about your rental property please choose them!!
