Pharmacist said I need an appointment for a vaccine when last week they told me I could walk in Monday Tuesday Wednesday 10-6pm. Then he said they were too busy to give me a vaccine bc they were still trying to fill orders from yesterday. He added that they didn’t have any vaccines in stock anyway but I could try again on Friday (today is Tuesday). Yesterday I called and they said they had the vaccine, is why I went to this #CVS 79932. This behavior is clear they just don’t want to give vaccines bc they don’t care. Don’t send text messages about vaccines if you can’t provide them. Thank you #CVS. #lazy

I waited for over 30 minutes on the phone waiting for the pharmacy to answer my call soI decided to call the store to make sure pharmacy was open I told the person that answered that I was on hold for over 30 minutes and his answer was "I had to wait for a coffee for over 30 minutes and I would just have to wait on the phone until someone answered my call" that's one person that should not be allowed to speak to customers. I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens....

My wife went to pick up medicine for my daughter they told her the NM Medicaid card had expired, but I had called in the morning and it was active, they gave her the run around and at the end they wanted to charge her $115, so I called the Dr to send the prescription to the Walgreens across the street totally covered these guys are pathetic they pretend they don't know Spanish to screw you.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service. I was greeted immediately by a very courteous female staff member, and asked if she could help me find anything (rare). Then I was greeted at the busy pharmacy within 1 minute and given my medications immediately. I decided to buy some things before leaving, and was assisted by the cashier who could've let me wait for the automated self service kiosk (as most places would do). The service was so good here it was undeniable whomever is in charge of that evening shift is on point. Even though it is further than other pharmacies (and other CVS stores) I will drive here gladly.

Extremely difficult to even get ahold of this store. But I went for a Covid test. Never taking a self administered test before, when I got to the drive through the employee just handed me the bag of the supplies and said here you go. No instructions on how to do anything or where to put it. And there were no instructions in the bag. So I had to sit in the drive through for 10 minutes trying to figure out what to do with no assistance from any employees.

It always baffles me how employees at nearly all cvs manage to ruin a simple basic prescription. Website couldn't order refill. I called. Was told an hr... sure. 3 hrs later, nothing. I call. They now don't have it in stock. 24 hours now to wait to see if they get it tomorrow. I drove 17 miles because of this. Now I gotta go back home and do it all over again tomorrow. I always ask myself why the hell I put up with this and the answer always is convenience. But after this happening so much, is it even worth it? At this point amazon gives me a regular reminder to try their pharmacy and you know what. As I sit here in the parking lot ticked off, I am simultaneously creating my amazon pharmacy account.

This 24 hour CVS offers on line registration for Covid shots and boosters, as well as vaccinations for flu, pneumonia, shingles and more. I made my appointment in line and was taken promptly for my appointment. It was fast and easy. I had looked at my booster card and it has almost been a year! I decided that with holiday travel coming up and more folks reporting positive for Covid in my circle of friends, that it was time to go get the MODERNA COVID BIVAL shot. They offer all the other brands of Covid shots as well. Most insurances and Medicare cover the cost, so I did not pay anything. So now I feel good about my out of town family coming to visit because I have taken a step to help me take care of me.

The wait is ridiculous! I waited 32 min for them to answer my phone call and the drive thru is another 30-45 min!!!
