I was there this past Friday about 12:05 I walked in I was going to the register this man asked if I needed help I said I'm just getting a ChapStick that I was getting at the register I had a TAP card so I tap my card and got my receipt and put my ChapStick in my pocket he was standing there the whole time just watching me as if I was going to steal a ChapStick from a register with him right there!!

The CVS on Mesa and Doniphan was awesome! I walked in for a flu shot and was almost immediately called back to get the shot! I got great information and a bag of popcorn and also a $5 coupon!!

I recently had a frustrating experience at a CVS store that I feel needs to be addressed. While shopping, I encountered an employee with long black hair and glasses who seemed more focused on watching me than assisting me. Instead of simply ringing me up, she chose to stand behind me and instruct me on what to do, which made me feel uncomfortable and suspicious.
If there were concerns about my behavior, it would have been much more professional for her to approach me directly and handle the checkout process rather than hovering and directing me from behind. After all, there are plenty of cameras in the store recording everything; it seems unnecessary for her to monitor customers in such a direct manner.
I believe employees should be there to assist and support customers, not make them feel like they’re being treated as potential shoplifters. This experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I hope management can address this behavior to improve customer service.

Was able to get everything I needed. But after my return home to California, I noticed some unauthorized transactions on my debit card. I did use the USAA ATM there and my card was used at another USAA ATM at another CVS by where I stayed. Be careful and be sure to check for skimmers!!

Used to come in to pick up medication and while inside would buy things I needed around the house, plus a cold drink and maybe a snack. Employee refused to let me come to the register and instead made me use the self-checkout. Gave me an excuse that management wanted people to start getting used to it. I couldn't enter my coupons or anything, so now I only use the drive-thru for Rx's. Canceled my CVS rewards account, no point in paying for that monthly anymore. I will not step foot in there again.
