This CVS pharmacy seems to hardly care or seems like they were having a bad day... Regardless... We all have bad days and it does not give a right for them to brush off their customers when they really need their medications ready asap. My mom called since she hadn't taken her meds for a couple of days now and they just said ok, we can't give you an estimated time, you'll know when it's ready when you get a message. My mom tried expressing her frustration and they just said ok and the call ended after that. It was a woman who was talking to my mom and she seemed like she couldn't care less. It's not good customer service and it's unprofessional. They care about their time rather than the urgency of the situation. Do better! And get better workers who actually care about their customers!

I came to this pharmacy to get my daughters hydrocortisone cream. The manager pharmacist sent us home with someone else’s prescription. It was a controlled drug in the liquid form. Thank gos I noticed before giving it to my baby girl or it very well could have killed her. I was furious. To cover her own tail the manager Erica drove to my house to get the cII drug and bring it back to the pharmacy. She thought she was being slick telling me she was delivering the correct medication. But I know CVS doesn’t send their pharmacists to make deliveries. Then she drove with someone else’s controlled medication in her own car! How does cvs let someone so negligent be in charge of a pharmacy?! And they always busy, you know they have a ton of customers depending on her to come correct and she drops the ball this bad. She better be glad I knew better than to give this pregabalin to my daughter. Cvs be trusting this woman to make sure the right medication is going to the right people and she damn near killed my baby!Cvs, get it together and do better, this woman should not be in charge of a sand box let alone hundreds of people’s medicine!

I've been going here for 3 years now and the product selection is great. The customer service I've received from the pharmacy and the frontend is amazing. Not to mention, CVS has a great app.

Went to pick up my mother's prescription there was 1 person in front of me which the woman at the pharmacy let pick up his prescription however, turned me away bc it was time for lunch at 1:30. Their customer service could have been way better, how hard would it have been to help me grab what I needed rather than turn me away so you can grab lunch on time. Definitely WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I wish this woman was fired! There's way you handle things and this was not it. I' sorry I inconvenienced your lunch....trash service!

The pharmacist rude, rude EXTREMELY RUDE! I called asking when I could pick up my prescription s (plural) because I did not want to make multiple trips and wait in line multiple times. ERICA said I don't know if you know there is a shortage on medication, them proceded to ask "What do you want from me?" I replied you sound upset and your tone is very rude. Then she proceded to critize my provider for prescribing multiple medications! When I asked who was in charge She said " I am, Erica with a C I am the pharmacists and I am the store manager!"Where are the Ethical Standards, some people get educated and act like they can talk down to others! I am sure pharmacy school has some ethical and behavioral training. And if you as an employee pharmacists are overwhelmed, you should work on your own self and reflect. Just because you are the boss, it does not give you a pass to go off with the mouth with such a hostile tone! Obviously you are not cognizant of yourself and your own behavior! How disappointing and disturbing that people like this is who represents CVS! ? WOW! I asked if I could just pick up my prescription and go somewhere that is more professional!Erica relied said, "Come pick it up, it'll be in the front." Needless to say I am at Walgreens as I write this review and letting Walgreens know how rude Erica the Boss at CVS is.It is unfortunate and unexceptable that there is no one else for the customer to talk to when you have such a monster leading and in charge of your store! On a brighter note, Walgreens did apologize for cvs providing sub par service and will be reaching out to you to transfer all my business over to them. This is cvs on Redd Rd

CVS doesn’t always have the lowest prices, but by using the CVS App and the coupons and rewards available, it is now my favorite place to shop for OTC medicines, Make-up, and a host of other items. The “Clearance” and Sale items are definitely a bargain! The sales associates are generally very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am so glad to have a CVS store near me.

After too long with more convenient Walgreens we finally had had enough and drove the extra 20 minutes to this store. Immediately upon entering it was a brand new World! After a Walgreens with their Pharmacy a ghost town staffed by 2 overworked stressed workers, here there was Staff EVERYWHERE, working like a well oiled Machine. I counted 12 workers and transferred all my RX’s over in less than 5 minutes time total. In a World that steals time from us everywhere, I wondered why I waited so long to give Walgreens the boot. What a Pharmacy and Staff!!!

Only been here once to try to fill a prescription. Pharmacy people are nice but boy what a mess. I think they need employees.Never have had a problem with Walgreens. If it wasn’t because I can’t use a coupon at Walgreens anymore I wouldn’t have to switch.Transferred my meds to the one in Sunland park and that one is much less hectic and fast.

Last night I experienced one of my worst customer service experiences ever. The drive-thru pharmacy technician closed the window as I pulled up after waiting 25+ min in line.I get it, it was closing time, but I was patiently waiting in line for the opportunity to pick up a prescription, 25 minutes prior to closing time. What pharmacy closes without helping the last customer?? To be waiting as long as I did and not be acknowledged, I was beyond livid! I parked and went inside (because the medication was READY and needed for an emergency) and the rudeness continued. They refused to give me the medication and just all looked at me as if I was crazy. Telling me “the sign says we close at 9, we have signs out there.” Completely ignoring me when I tried to explain that I was waiting in line 25 minutes.I was met with a defensive and rude group of employees. More specifically, I was incredibly disappointed in the pharmacist, Arika. As a healthcare provider and leader, she failed to take on any responsibilities and had the same rude demeanor towards me.Needless to say I won’t be using this location anymore, had a completely different experience with the location on N Mesa after leaving this horrible location.I will formally complain to their corporate office and inform them of the terrible customer service experience at this CVS location on Redd Road in El Paso, Texas. The entire staff, including the pharmacist, could use coaching with customer service and communication skills. If they are not willing to take the responsibility to be better at caring for patients and customers, then please consider a career outside of healthcare and customer service. As a community, we deserve excellent customer service that is quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic. We deserve better than the current 2.9/5 star customer experience. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you want decent-quality service.

Even this current yelp review ratings doesn't reflect how terrible service is so I decided to add my review here as well. Carlos in the drive Thur, is a rude, stated I had to order my medication, when I told him I had and had confirmation text and a notice from the CVS APP my meds were ready he changed his story. Wanted me to wait more time or come back another time. When I told him I would wait at the window for my meds he threatened to call the police to remove me. I started to record the event and it wasn't until Jerry came to the window my meds would be ready ASAP. Jerry even offered to walk them to my car while I parked in the front. Jerry was the hero of the day Carlos was not. He attempted to lie ? about my meds having to be ordered and when I expected decent customer service for meds I paid for. He refused to.

People are fine, but they are so slow!!! This has happened so many times. If there is more than one car in front of you in line, you may as well just go home.

*** Beware*** If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They have given my daughters oral antibiotic solution without it being reconstituted, the techs do not know the generic names vs trade names of medications, are routinely out of commonly used medications, and have long wait times regardless if you dropped of a prescription or it was recently called in. GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY
