The app won't let me request refills after adding the medication to the cart and now you can't even reach the pharmacy. They send you to voicemail and have to leave a message. I'll be changing everything yo Walgreens.

5 people working and no one jumped to assist
1 pharmacist sipping his coffee and just standing there, while the other was verifying prescriptions
Pulled around through drive-thru to ensure someone assisted
Misleading directions with the suggested time of day, fortunately I already know the time to take them and you’d think a pharmacist would know that the two medications aren’t taken at the same time. We were due for a consult and no one came up since it was a new prescription, I can’t imagine my family members wanting to come in and not be educated. They are not understaffed and can’t use that excuse.

If you are in a hurry or thinking “I’ll stop by the pharmacy real quick” DO NOT go here. I have currently been sitting in line with 2 cars in front of me and 3 behind me for 15 minutes. It’s like this every time I come here. If you can avoid this drive thru at all do so.

Terrible place. They had no registers open, expect you to ring yourself up on the self check out. This place does not care about employees. They clearly want to save money and not pay cashiers. If you support them, you are supporting destroying your community with these corporate devils. Lol. Pokémon cards are also way over priced. It’s a money grab. Support local pharmacies.

Just wanted to get prescription filled for my young child but they had the drop off counter fully obstructed with crates. They proceeded to ignore me for about 5 to 10 minutes until someone else went to the pick up counter to drop off a prescription. They walked him over to the drop off counter and had me move to help him first. The insults never stop here.
