Why is this CVS so horrible!? I transfered my medication here because Walgreen wait times were pretty long. I ABSOLUTELY SCREWED UP. Pharmacy staff is horrible, a simple and easily accessible medication took 4 days to fill. When I called the pharmacy staff told me they miraculous just received a shipment of the medication just before I called. I then got notifified it was ready. Now when I come to pick up my meds at 144pm they are out to lunch... The entire staff apparently and the automated message says to come back at 10pm. STAY AWAY AND PAY ATTENTION TO THESE RATINGS.

So I just called the store for the pharmacy at 7:55. They put me on hold. At 7:59 instead of picking up the phone to ask what I needed they pick up the phone to HANG UP ON ME so that when I call at 8:00 I get the message saying the pharmacy is now closed. Great customer service CVS pharmacy. Now I have to wait another day to get a quick 10 second question answered ? God forbid they actually have to work ten seconds past their clock out time to answer one customer’s question ?♀️

Answering machine is ridiculous I had to answer a bunch of questions to get connected to the actual pharmacy which they immediately hung up. I have flu b and need my meds, horrible pharmacy for not being considerate of others.

Pharmacist was an a+ for customer servise but the manager was less than helpful and relayed me to the cashier to find products. I won't return.

Pharmacy here is horrible! They are so overwhelmed and it shows. Every single staff member encountered had an attitude and didn’t seem a bit interested in assisting customers. Very sad

The pharmacy staff does not pay attention to details. Two months in a row, we had to argue with them on the copay. On my card, the copay is $15 for generic, not $234.99. They told me to call my insurance. My insurance stated that it was covered and should be $15. The prices I was paying were without insurance coverage for two months. Awful service.

My mom went to get her covid shot and she told me it was unsanitary. The girl who gave her the vaccine didn't know anything my mom was asking her, no name tag, no gloves, didn't ask her which arm . All the used needles were just in a tray next to her on the table. No biohazard container, the alcohol packets on the floor, the booths all dirty. Be professional and properly sanitized. Good thing OSHA hasn't gone.

Very shady Practices at their Pharmacy. Changing birth days on prescripcións and then telling patients they cant find them? My Tremedol got lost for 4 hours while I was in serious pain.

Disappointed with the pharmacy. Good luck w/ trying to get a human being to answer the phone because I certainly couldn't make it happen. Like any other business, the automated system has limitations. It wouldn't give me a simple status on my prescription. Hours later, still nothing. Got fed up and just went there anyway. Waited 8-10 minutes only to be told that my medication was out of stock, and that's why the pickup info wasn't forthcoming. Was available at a different location, but transferring for pickup adds even more time to the process. Ugh. Major hassle and inconvenience.

If I could give it a zero I would! We went to get urgent medications for my husband and the young lady of the pharmacy didn’t want to run our insurance! The lady said she didn’t have time to run our insurance because they were about to close and I quote she said “I won’t run your insurance because I am about to close and I still have a car behind you”. That is not my problem that you had other customers. Your job is to take care of prescriptions and run insurances and not to complain about what you have to do. My husband had to pay full price on his medication because it is medication he needed to take and he can’t go a day without it. The problem is not that we had to pay, but the attitude of this unprofessional person. If you decide to do a career where you have to interact with people and that bothers you then honey that is NOT a job for you! I would recommend this lady to get another job and for the pharmacy to take action about what happened because if you continue to hire people like this you will be loosing customers just because of that one person’s attidute.
