Wow, we had 'appointment' for flu/covid shot at 2:30. It turns out the person giving the shots when we arrived was a pharmacy tech student. Ok, everyone has to learn. But if you're having trouble or things are taking very long, ask for help. Also, if you have assigned a student for this task, as a preceptor, you have to check how things are going, if there's a long wait. I finally go my shots at 3:45(!) and my family member got her's at 3:55. I asked for my covid card to be filled out. She actually told me she couldn't because she didn't have a pen. No, 'wait, let me go get a pen', just a deer in the headlights stare. Are students allowed to give shots without supervision? It was just her and me in the booth. And at least they should be trained to ask one very important question: Do you have any drug allergies? Guys, this was a major fail. You're running through land mines and you don't even know it!

I’ve come here multiples times and I’ve had the dissatisfaction of having to deal with Carmen. Usually I don’t post anything but the fact that this employee treats poor people rudely is disgusting and discriminatory. People shouldn’t be treated differently for using food stamps and her language is disgusting.

The worker that was stalking the shelves in the morning was rude as I asked kindly if they carried a product i was looking for she only stared at me in a rude manner and did not say a word to me and just said “Huh!” In a rude way i did not appreciate this behavior and i don’t think the employees at this store should behave like that… she’s working at a CVS not the Dior store… eventually i did not catch her name but she seemed like she was in her 20s or 30s.

The self checkout was not offering me the coupons from my app, v the gentleman working was quick to bring me to his register to assist me and showed me when and how to add offers to my account.

What the fudge with cvs voice automation?! I rather to speak with representative from pharmacy instead of cvs voice automation, y'all need to fix the with voice automatically in right way.. if i don't get any call from them then i force myself to find another better pharmacy

If I can rate this pharmacy no stars I would.
This pharmacy has the worst customer service.
I had to transfer my prescription here & I absolutely hate it.
They make it so hard & complicated to get a single prescription .
If it weren’t for my insurance I would NEVER come back here again .
Avoid yourselves from this headache and pick another Pharmacy.

Why is this CVS so horrible!? I transfered my medication here because Walgreen wait times were pretty long. I ABSOLUTELY SCREWED UP. Pharmacy staff is horrible, a simple and easily accessible medication took 4 days to fill. When I called the pharmacy staff told me they miraculous just received a shipment of the medication just before I called. I then got notifified it was ready. Now when I come to pick up my meds at 144pm they are out to lunch... The entire staff apparently and the automated message says to come back at 10pm. STAY AWAY AND PAY ATTENTION TO THESE RATINGS.

So I just called the store for the pharmacy at 7:55. They put me on hold. At 7:59 instead of picking up the phone to ask what I needed they pick up the phone to HANG UP ON ME so that when I call at 8:00 I get the message saying the pharmacy is now closed. Great customer service CVS pharmacy. Now I have to wait another day to get a quick 10 second question answered ? God forbid they actually have to work ten seconds past their clock out time to answer one customer’s question ?♀️
