Terrible service!Incompetent and arrogant staffI went to help me solve my problem, I mentioned to the lady that the signal was not picking up in several parts of the city (Eastlake, Pellicano, Socorro) and she only told me that there was no tower nearby, I told her that if not There was some solution (like resetting the cell phone or something similar) and he told me that they couldn't do anything and I asked him to provide me with a cricket phone number to report my problem and he didn't give me one or offer me any solution.

BEWARE. LUZ the rep likes to do little tricks to get more commission out of you.They told me the phone was 'free' . It's a prepaid account so it's understandable to have an activation fee $25, and a plan $60. So please tell me why it came out to $120? . They say the screen protector is free but they charge you and they tell you it's part of 'the taxes' . They refused to refund me anything and was forced to take everything . The services that I did not want, and a cellphone I did not want. Called my bank and got my refund back. So their tricks got flipped. Because I got everything for free. Just a huge inconvenience and waste of time. Never coming back.

The service was great, friendly staff as allways. The phone service is adequate and I like the payment. Switched from Virgin Mobile to Cricket a while back.

They just want to sell you stuff but there customer service is bad when you really need help. And do not buy anything extra unless you really need it they dont give refunds on extra stuff like their glass protector or any accessories. Stay away from the liquid glass protector it doesn't work your glass will crack.

Very clean. Tony and Carlos werr very kind and professional. Helped my mom out a lot and were very patient with her questions.
