Today I went into this store to speak with a mananger about an issue from yesterday. The manager Corey was of no assistance to me, Noe had an empathy for my situation. He continuously told me what he COULDN'T do but never once mentioned what HE COULD DO TO ASSIST ME. He was very rude and even at a point locked me in the retail store & proceeded to call the police. I have a video of him being very rude and the store has the video of me being locked in the store agaimt my will. Cricket has got to do better. Mind you this entire ordeal was over a $25 refund that still Jas not Benn granted to me. I will tell my family & friends, as well as social media about my experience bc this is one everyone needs to see and be aware of. I couldn't belive the treatment I received as A PAYING CUSTOMER!!! In the mist of gun violence what IF I felt threatened enough to shoot him bc I was scared of his intentions.... Now that's something to think about!!!!
