Horrible experience girl seem so careless and was on her phone wanted help disconnecting a line she stated she couldn’t do that. Then went back to using her phone ! For a cell phone company, it’s very frustrating they can’t help with your account .

I purchased two phones a Nokia Tava and a Moto G Power. Paid over $200 for each! My grandson told me the phones were not at that price, and I feel scammed. I went to another cricket store and they explained the prices, activation fees and such. The purchase on my Nokia should've been at least $60 they "discounted" but they gave me a speaker and extra things that I didn't need. I got ripped off I don't recommend this location, and if you an older person not used to the advanced smartphone take someone that knows. This STORE 9101 Dyer St are SCAMMERS!!!

There always trying to sell me a New phone. When I dont need it .there service is great. But I only buy a phone when I need it. I was told my phone Will be no good as of feb 2, 2022. There up grading, this is the secound time this has happened to me. Ive been a costermer for years and years. What dose everyone think of this? Please give me your info about this situation?
