I got a iPhone 15 with progressive leasing and with it they give me a case, a speaker and a phone protection, he told me it came with the “package” but he never told me I was going to be paying that in my lease I really tough it was free (silly me ) so now I have to pay almost 600 dollars more in my lease for all that … I went looking for the seller to return those things to get it out of my list and they told me he wasn’t there and that I had to go back when he was there , I ask to speak to a manager and they told me t they didn’t have a manager on the store that day … I’m really upset because was planning to pay the phone before the 3 months and now I won’t be able to pay it and I’m going to end up paying the triple for the phone ….. He also told me it would be 67 dollars a month and they charge me 67 dollars a week .. Please don’t fall for this !!!!

I can't say enough good things about my switch to a Cricket phone. Hugo was exceptionally on the ball. He took care of everything possible. Their price is right. The Hotspot feature is worth the price by itself. I'm 74, and not very technical. I was in the best place to receive the help I needed that I might imagine. Thinking back through a couple of phones back, there is simply no comparison between them and Cricket. Customer service, the quality of the free phone, and a pleasant atmosphere. Can't beat it. My friend who referred me earned $35. She told me one time when her I-phone was on the blink, they fixed it like new in 2 days. If you're on Food Stamps, take your benefit letter with you to save 30 bucks. All in all, it's easy to see why they are so successful.
